Ocean Resources Commences Recovery Operations Over Mediterranean Wreck

DALLAS, Nov. 5, 2004

--Ocean Resources, Inc. today announced that its recovery vessel has arrived and commenced recovery operations at the site of the first of its two winter recoveries projects, a World War I wreck lying in 3500 feet of water in the Mediterranean Sea.

The wreck carries a manifested cargo of $2.5 million (at current spot market valuation) in tin ingots and other metals.

The initial phase of recovery operations, which will last for several days, is aimed at surveying the wreck to create a detailed site map.

This will be followed by operations to retrieve the cargo from within the wreck using the company’s deep-sea recovery ROGE system.

Weather conditions for the target area appear excellent, said Ocean Resources.

The recovery is expected to last for a period of six weeks.
