New Site Recorder program now available

This is a note by Peter Holt to let you know that the new 'Site Recorder' computer program is now available.
Site Recorder is aversatile Geographic Information System (GIS) specifically designed formarine archaeology.
The first major field trials of Site Recorder were successfullycompleted on the 2004 Mary Rose excavation.
The use of the program on the Mary Rose site is discussed in some of the papers to be presented atthe forthcoming SHA Conference in York.
For those who are interested Peter Holt will be available to give demonstrations of Site Recorder at the SHA Conference.
